Sony gave PlayStation 5 owners a gift: it is possible to get up to six free months of streaming Apple Music via the console. The offer started last Wednesday (15) and lasts until November 15, 2024.

O Apple Music is Apple’s music streaming service that features songs, podcasts, music videos, a lossless track catalog (without loss of sound quality) and even radio stations with live programming. After purchasing the special plan, it is possible to cancel the subscription at the end of the term or renew it automatically for the price of R$21.90.

The application has been on the console since 2021 and allows gamers to listen to music while playing. Additionally, you can control the playback of clips and watch them at any time on the PS5.

How to get 6 months of Apple Music on PlayStation 5

Follow these steps to secure the offer:

  1. Open the PS5 store and search for Apple Music;
  2. Install the application;
  3. Open the app and associate your PlayStation account with your Apple ID — if you don’t have an Apple account, you can create one at apple.com/br;
  4. Redeem the offer after logging in and start listening to the songs.

With an active subscription, you can access the catalog via console, computer, cell phone or browser. It is worth remembering that the process has automatic renewal, so the platform will charge the monthly subscription amount after the offer ends: it is necessary to access the Apple Music website to cancel the service before the deadline.

Apple TV+ also has a free trial on the console

Music streaming is not the only Apple product with a free offer: PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 users can still redeem three free months of Apple TV+, streaming films and series exclusive to Apple.

The offer lasts until January 31, 2024 and must be secured from the service application on consoles. After the three-month period, the app starts charging R$21.90 per month for the subscription.
