On Twitter, users complain about not being able to access the app on their cell phone, which fails when logging in, while reports on DownDetector mention errors when transferring amounts by Pix.
The reason for the problem is not known, but the bank has already commented on the matter. The bank’s official Twitter profile responded to some users affected by the problem, stating that it was already working on a solution. The company also mentioned the problem in its own publication.
Instability seems to have passed
As suggested by the volume of complaints on the DownDetector website, the instability with the Itaú app has already passed. The peak of complaints happened at 10:30 am (Brasília time) and the number dropped significantly minutes later.
