NVIDIA has released new drivers for its GeForce graphics cards with a focus on improving performance in Alan Wake 2which uses all the latest technologies from the GeForce RTX 4000 family, such as DLSS 3.5.
The new drivers bring the best of NVIDIA technology to Alan Wake 2, including DLSS 3.5 with Frame Generation, Ray Reconstruction, Reflex and DLSS Super Resolution. Remembering that NVIDIA revealed that a GeForce RTX 4090 is capable of exceeding 120 FPS in 4K resolution with the help of DLSS; without the technology, the average drops to 32 FPS.
Additionally, driver 545.92 brings GeForce Experience Optimal Settings support to games Assassin’s Creed Mirage, Lords of the Fallen and, it could not be missed, Alan Wake 2. This option allows you, with just one click, to automatically adjust the game to run at the best settings.
The 545.92 driver download for NVIDIA graphics cards is available on the official website or, if you prefer, also through the GeForce Experience interface, which allows you to search for the latest version in the program itself. Alan Wake 2 is available from October 27th on the Epic Games Store, in addition to Xbox Series X and Series S and PlayStation 5 consoles.
